Cowan & Co are a multidisciplinary building consultancy, based in Lancashire, providing a variety of professional services to clients throughout the north of England public & private.
Cowan & Co was established in 1988 providing core building surveying services to cater for increased clients demands, the practice was expanded in 1995 with the development of Architectural services and in 2003 a facility management section was added.
This further development of the practice ensures that we are able to manage building projects from inception through to completion and throughout the effective life of the building.
We are fortunate to experience repeated business from a variety of clients including commercial, educational and ecclesiastical organisations. The practice is well versed in all aspects of building design and development with particular emphasis in the educational and ecclesiastical sectors.
We are particularly proud of the practice development over the years which has been based upon strong working relationships with core values of being pro-active in approaches, demonstrating integrity, determination and respect which is reflected in every aspect of our business.
